Police Services are corrupt enough without being controlled by politicians

To register a preference for any candidate in these woeful, unnecessary, meaningless elections would be to run the risk of the government taking my vote as some kind of indication of approval. The Police service throughout the UK has been shown to be corrupt enough without giving overall control of a force to someone belonging to a particular political party. Who will they serve? Their party, or the people. Countless evidence suggests the latter to me.

This website allowed people to publicly explain why and let people know what message they were trying to send by spoiling their Police & Crime Commissioner ballot papers.
